Creative Assembly investigating staff misconduct at studio

Total War maker Creative Assembly is looking into allegations made against a former member of staff from their time at the studio.

In a post on Twitter, the developer said that it was investigating the situation with an external party so that it can "fully understand what happened."

"We have been made aware of deeply concerning and serious allegations regarding a former CA employee," Creative Assembly wrote.

"We recognise how important, and often difficult, it is for individuals to speak up about these experiences – and we welcome those who feel able to do so.

"We are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for our people and ensuring they are heard. It is clear that we need to do better."

In a follow-up post, the studio said that it wants to hear from former staff who might be able to share their stories to help the developer's investigation.

"If you are a former CA employee and feel able to share your experiences in support of our investigation, please reach out [email protected]."

This news came in the wake of two members of staff accusing a former employee of harassment, bullying and abusive behaviour.
