Bottled by Bears demo is out now

Pocket Gamer Connects Barcelona Big Indie Pitch winner Bottled By Bears have launched a new public demo - giving you the chance to experience what our judges saw.

Bottled by Bears is a cosy, idle management game that brings together collectable cards in a casual way. This adorable game is all about joining a family full of bears that run a honey farm, through collecting bees and moving the honey they produce to stands.

The collectable card aspect sees you can open up card packs in order to discover rare bees (and some not-so-rare ones) that then work at specific bee hives in your farm.

The little bears must move honey created by those bees to a bottling station and then on to a stand to sell to locals. There's even customisation options when it comes to your farm so you can make it feel like your own home.

The game continues when you aren't playing, with flowers blooming and bees collecting honey, waiting for your return.

Following the live demo release, the developer is also doing regular updates, including gameplay and visuals, which have continued to make improvements on the version we saw at PGC Barcelona earlier this year.

Our judges found Bottled by Bears to be a cosy, well developed and polished game - so it's great to see how it has progressed over the last few months and will continue to thrive.
