Mental health charity Safe in Our World launches the #LevelUpMentalHealth campaign

Mental health charity Safe in Our World has launched the #LevelUpMentalHealth initiative.

As announced on the charity's site, the new campaign will bring together a variety of companies from the games industry with the intention of making a positive change. Such changes include the work environment to ensure employees are safe, and to be supportive of mental welfare.

There are challenges for companies to hit in the #LevelUpMentalHealth initiative. Firstly, to take steps to have a mental health policy over the next year. Also, businesses are encouraged to support the campaign through various media channels.

So far, the charity is supported by many partners including 505 Games, Auroch Digital, Caged Element, Camel 101, Curve Digital, Embracer Group, Explosive Alan, Fanatical, Genba Digital, Heaven Media, Honest PR, Koeken Interactive, LKA, Mediatonic, NeoHype, NextGen Skills Academy, One PR Studio, OPM Jobs, Outright Games, Polystream, PressEngine, Rethink Mental Health, Renaissance PR, Ripstone games, Sheridans, Sold Out, Take This, UberStrategist, UKIE and Wired Productions.
