"We're delighted to be working with 2K and look forward to disclosing details of the projects in due course," said Sumo Digital MD Gary Gunn.

Sumo Digital recently snapped up Red Kite Games in February 2019 for £2m ($2.5m). This follows other purchases made by the company, it purchased CCP’s Newcastle studio and Brighton-based developer The Chinese Room.
