Epic will remove “unintended” bouncing from an animation in one of this season’s new Fortnite skins.
As with all of Fortnite’s paid battle passes, Season 6 included two major skin releases. The Calamity cowgirl skin includes an upgradeable outfit, added leather jackets, masks and spikes as players complete challenges and gain experience. So far, so Fortnite.
But eagle-eyed gamers noticed that when Calamity performs the “jubilation” emote with her level 1 outfit, there’s an undeniable jest to her chest. A video shared by streamer FaZe Agony quickly gained traction online.

Notable, this is the only emote where the bouncing occurs, possibly writing off a simple physics interaction. Epic has not commented on how the animation found its way into this very specific situation but did release a statement of intent to fix the bug immediately.
“This is unintended, embarrassing, and it was careless for us to let this ship,” said a spokesperson for Epic Games. “We are working now to fix this as soon as possible.”
