Slime Rancher has sold over 1m copies

Developer Monomi Park has revealed that its recently released first-person life sim title Slime Rancher has already smashed 1m sales.

The title was released into Early Access at the start of 2016, but launched properly at the start of August.

It’s unclear whether this figure represents total sales or just sales post-Early Access, nor how many copies were sold on Xbox One versus PC, but Monomi Park has said that it doesn’t include Xbox Games with Gold downloads.

As of May 2017, Slime Rancher has shifted 800,000 copies.

Monomi Park was selected by PCGamesInsider.biz as one of the Top 20 Developers to Watch – you can find out who the other 19 studios are right here.
