CHARTS: Age of Wonders 4 reaches No.2 on Steam

Magic-themed 4X strategy title Age of Wonders 4 was the second biggest revenue generator on Steam last week.

The game – developed by Triumph Studios and published by Paradox – launched on May 2nd to positive reviews. Last week, pre-orders for the title were the tenth-highest seller on Steam.

First place once again goes to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, while Valve's Steam Deck hardware hangs steady at No.4. EA's battle royale romp Apex Legends remains in third, though the company's new Star Wars title – Jedi: Survivor – has dropped from second to fifth week-on-week.

Destiny 2 returns to the Steam Top Ten at sixth place, while Gaijin Entertainment's War Thunder rises one place to seventh week-on-week. Battle royale progenitor PUBG: Battlegrounds and shooter blockbuster Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 both dropped two places week-on-week, landing at eighth and ninth respectively.

Rounding off the Steam Top Ten is EA's FIFA 23.
