CD Projekt's Cyberpunk 2077 rated 18+ in Brazil

To the surprise of no-one, CD Projekt's gritty dark sci-fi RPG title Cyberpunk 2077 has been rated 18+.

That's according to Reddit user JordhanMK, who posted a picture of the game's rating from Brazil's classification board. Unsurprisingly given the content of Cyberpunk 2077's gameplay and promo trailers so far, the title features a lot of sex, drugs and violence.

The game apparently boasts "suicide", "cruelty" and exposure to a corpse, as well as "intense sexual relation", "nudity", "prostitution", "sexualisation", "sexual language" and "sexual pleasurement". Again, this will not be surprising to anyone who has paid attention to the eagerly-anticipated title.

The game's lead quest designer Paweł Sasko responded to the news on Twitter, saying that CD Projekt "doesn't fuck around."

Cyberpunk was submitted to age rating boards around the world in March, with CD Projekt saying that it had been assessed by the following month

The game is set to launch in September
