Warner Bros. Games had several announcements to make at E3 2020.
As revealed on Twitter (below) – via Kotaku news editor Jason Schreier – the firm was set to discuss Batman, Harry Potter and Rocksteady's upcoming game.
It would have been the first time that Warner Bros. Games had appeared at the annual event.
"Warner Bros. Games was planning to do an E3 press conference this year for the first time, to talk about Batman, Harry Potter, and Rocksteady's game among others. Remains to be seen what they'll do now," said Schreier.
However, the publisher is yet to confirm if it did have a conference planned for E3 and what it plans to do next.
It has been confirmed that both Microsoft and Ubisoft are looking into digital events to replace E3. The event itself was confirmed to be cancelled earlier this week due to coronavirus concerns. Microsoft is also set to stream its GDC content following the cancellation of the event.
Further events to have been cancelled include SXSW 2020, Mojang's Minecraft Festival and Game Connection America 2020.
