Bethesda launches Fallout 76 subscription

Publishing giant Bethesda has launched its new subscription for its online title Fallout 76.

As revealed on the title's website, the new Fallout 1st premium membership service includes various benefits for Fallout 76 players.

The subscription has apparently been created as the result of ongoing feedback the company received for its MMO title.

Private worlds have been added, this mode allows you and up to seven friend to explore a world on your own. Unlimited storage for crafting is available with the new scrap box, survival tents offer placeable fast travel points and have equipment for your basic survival needs.

Other features include 1,650 atoms per month to spend in-store and a new outfit, the ranger gear has become an iconic look in the Fallout universe. Finally, subscribers will get access to an icon and emote pack that can only be used by members.

There are two membership options, you can pay on a month-by-month basis for $11.99 or you can pay annually with a 36 per cent discount for $99.99.

Recently we spoke to The Elder Scrolls Online developer Matt Firor told us what advice he gave to the team behind Fallout 76 which saw something of a brutal launch at the end of last year. Firor's ZeniMax Online had a similar experience with The Elder Scrolls Online.
