Report: It looks like Injustice 2 is coming to PC

Warner Bros and NetherRealm’s super hero brawler Injustice 2 might be coming to PC.

This follows retail listings on Dutch store Game Mania, as well as Amazon France – according to WCCFTech – though this merely said that the retailer didn’t know ‘when or if this item will be back in stock’, so definite pinch of salt required. No release date is mentioned on these listings, but there is box art on Game Mania

PCGamesInsider.biz has emailed Warner Bros UK PR team to see whether there’s any truth to this matter.

The original Injustice: God Among Us’s console launch in April 2013 while the PC SKU hit Steam in November of the same year; a nine-month gap.

Meanwhile, Injustice 2 launched in May, meaning that a release at the end of this year would fit into the timings of the original release.

The Injustice series marries the fighting systems of NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat reboot series with the stylings of the DC super hero roster.

Warner Bros might have to tread carefully with this launch, however, given that some of its recent PC releases, including Batman Arkham Knight and Mortal Kombat, launching with issues, some of which were never addressed, though the firm did offer refunds for Arkham Knight.
