Publishing support outfit Robot Teddy has made a number of new additions to its leadership team.

Media veterans Amanda Farough and Mike Futter have been hired as co-directors of strategic partnerships, while Bossa and All In Games alumnus Alessandro Bovenzi is coming on board has the company's biz dev director.

Hans van Brakel, formerly of Soedesco and Crytek, is Robot Teddy's new director of sales and monetisation, with Naaila Mohammed has been brought in as director of business operations.

The COO of Robot Teddy's parent company Thunderful, Kathrin Strangfel, is going to be heading up the outfit as managing director. This news comes as teh firm lands two new partners in Stalker dev GSC Game World and Vampire Survivors creator Poncle.

“I’m very excited to have Amanda, Mike, Alessandro, Hans and Naaila join as directors at Robot Teddy,” Strangfeld (pictured) said.

“Robot Teddy is already highly regarded in the industry thanks to our work with partners on globally recognised brands like Gang Beasts and many more. The new leadership team will bring the support and services we are able to provide to our partners to new heights, as we continue to work with them on creating and achieving their goals, as well as adding sensational new projects like Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl and Vampire Survivors to our portfolio."

Thunderful chief games officer Agostino Simonetta added: “In an industry where a one-size-fits-all approach fails to reflect the breadth of needs developers have today, Robot Teddy’s tailored approach as a self-publishing support consultancy sets them apart. Having the flexibility to engage with developers on a whole variety of terms is a vital part of Thunderful’s strategy as a company and it's this approach that has allowed Robot Teddy to work on the likes of Vampire Survivors, as well as exciting upcoming projects like STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl."

Thunderful acquired Robot Teddy at the end of 2021
