Services giant PTW has hired David Dorans as its new chief financial officer.

He will report into CEO Deborah Kirkham in this new role, which will have a focus on improving efficiencies and helping drive growth at the company.

Dorans has worked as a CFO at a variety of companies since 2011, including stints at the likes of software developer YouView TV, ad firm Mirriad and media agency Mindshare. Prior to this speciality, he was head of distribution and broadcast technology at UK TV broadcaster Channel 4.

“At every level of this company, tenacity and depth of knowledge are two core attributes that PTW employees bring to the table for our clients,” said Kirkham. “David’s strong foundation in financial governance is exactly what we need to support our strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth across our global footprint in 2025 and beyond.”

Dorans added: “I’m thrilled to be joining PTW, a company whose work is synonymous with creativity and innovation in the gaming industry. Having navigated a range of challenges and embraced various opportunities in my previous roles, I look forward to collaborating with the team to create initiatives that blend financial prudence with a passion for excellence.
