Satisfactory hits 100k concurrent players following 1.0 launch

Factory sim title Satisfactory has attracted over 100,000 concurrent players on Steam in the wake of its 1.0 release. 

Per SteamDBas reported by PC Gamer – the title hit a peak of 104,677 simultaneous users, by far the largest figure the game has had since its Steam Early Access release back in 2020. 

Satisfactory actually launched on the Epic Games Store the previous year, selling over 500,000 copies in its first three months on that platform. At the time of writing, the game boasts 92k concurrent users on Valve's service. 

"Wow! 100k concurring players in Steam," developer Coffee Stain wrote on Twitter

"Thanks for playing our dumb little game!" 

As of the start of 2024, Satisfactory has sold over five million copies. The 1.0 version of the title launched on September 10th.
