CHARTS: Steam Deck holds No.2 spot on Steam

Valve's Steam Deck hardware was the second biggest-seller on Steam last week once again.

The console has seen a discount of between ten and 20 per cent from its full price, which has drawn in a number of sales. This price cut saw the hardware return to the Steam Top Ten last week.

Valve's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was once more the biggest seller on Steam, while Apex Legends shoots up the Top Ten three places to No.3, while Dave the Diver rose one position to fourth following its debut on June 28th. Indie hit BattleBit Remastered falls two places to No.5 as the shooter surpasses 1.8 million copies.

Elden Ring drops two places having shot up the charts thanks to a 30 per cent price cut, while fellow fantasy RPG Baldur's Gate 3 returns to the charts in seventh place up from No.25 following a series of updates. The title is set to release out of Early Access at the start of August.

Cowboy romp Red Dead Redemption 2 dropped one position to No.8, while Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hangs steady in ninth place. Survival title Rust rounds off the Top Ten.
