Amazon moving forward with Fallout TV show

A TV show based on Bethesda's Fallout IP is coming to Prime Video.

As reported by Deadline, the series is being adapted by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, best-known for their world as the creative leads of HBO's Westworld.

Nolan is set to direct the pilot of the show, with Captain Marvel's Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner of Silicon Valley fame being picked as showrunners.

Word that a Fallout TV show was on the way broke back in June 2020.

“Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time. Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends," Nolan and Joy said at the time.

"So we’re incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios."
