Keywords opening new QA facility in Mirabel, Canada

Games services and software development giant Keywords is opening a new quality assurance (QA) outpost in Canada.

The studio is going to be based in Mirabel and will apparently offer "end-to-end functional" QA testing for games firms. Keywords says that in 2020 alone, it oversaw 3.7 million hours of testing, performed QA on over 600 projects in its nine studios across three continents.

“I’m incredibly happy to announce the official opening of our Mirabel studio which is another great win for our staff, our clients and Keywords Studios, by extending our presence in North America by another 160 seats," Keywords game testing director Mathieu Lachance said.

“We have had huge success in our St-Jerome studio of late, thanks to the dedication of the incredible team there. With the same team in place to oversee our new Mirabel studio, we hope to expand that success further.”
