Mediatonic's latest title Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has once again claimed the No.1 spot in the Steam Top Ten.

The game, published by Devolver Digital, debuted at the top spot, after a very successful beta weekend at the end of July. During this time, Fall Guys was briefly the most-viewed title on streaming platform Twitch, beating giants like battle royale behemoth Fortnite.

Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition holds steady in second place after its launch on August 7th. Dutch studio Guerrilla's game initially launched as a PlayStation 4-exclusive back in March 2017, but was revealed to be coming to PC earlier this year. This follows Death Stranding from Kojima Productions launching on the platform in July. The title was built in the same Decima game engine as Horizon, which is likely why it has come to PC too.

Hopoo's Risk of Rain 2 debuted in third place following its August 11th release into Steam Early Access. The title currently has a 20 per cent launch discount, which likely contributed to sales, though the original Risk of Rain was wildly popular, selling more than three million copies after its 2013 release.

2018 multiplayer title Among Us from Innersloth has returned to the Steam Top Ten, while Early Access release Grounded from Obsidian and Xbox Game Studios charts in sixth place. The project was released at the end of July and was the best-selling title on Steam on launch, falling to No.3 in its second week in the wild.

This week, eighth place goes to military shooter Battlefield V. The title is one of many from publisher EA to launch on Steam following the company's focus on its own Origin platform. Grand Theft Auto V from Rockstar charted at No.9, while pre-orders for Marvel's Avengers came in tenth place. This is due to a pre-order beta for the upcoming title going live over the weekend, starting on Friday, August 14th. The game is set to launch on September 4th.
