Ubisoft is looking for developers to participate in its third Station F incubator program

Ubisoft has opened a call for blockchain and AI startups to take part in its third international incubator in Paris.

Between January and July 2019, participants will receive personalised support and advice from experts at Ubisoft and partnered industry mentors. The program, now in its third year, will take place at the publisher’s Station F campus in Paris.

Ubisoft’s incubator is aimed at developers working in fields like blockchain, deep learning, AI and machine learning to explore the entertainment and value potential within those areas.

"These technologies are revolutionizing the way we live, the way we work and the way we entertain," said program director Catherine Seys.

"Algorithms and AI have always been core to the gaming industry, and Ubisoft, in particular, has been exploring for some time new possibilities offered by AI and machine learning to improve the way we craft games."
