Christoffer Holmgård chairs the board of the game studio Die Gute Fabrik, which he co-founded in 2011. Under his leadership, the studio shipped several games across multiple platforms, securing over 22 industry awards and nominations.

In addition to his work in the game industry, Holmgård has a statistics, psychometrics, and organizational psychology background. He worked with the Royal Danish Defence College from 2004 to 2011, where he maintained the Danish National Draft Board Intelligence Test. This experience led him to pursue behavioural modeling and artificial intelligence research.

Before co-founding modl.ai in 2017, where he is still CEO, Holmgård served as a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Northeastern University. Now at modl.ai, he uses his understanding of game development processes and technology to bridge the possibilities and limitations of modern artificial intelligence.
