CHARTS: Dune Awakening takes second place on Steam debut

The newly-released Dune: Awakening was the second highest-grossing title on Steam last week.

Though the sci-fi survival game made its debut on Steam on June 10th, people who purchased the deluxe or ultimate editions could start playing from June 5th, which no doubt will have driven some sales pre-release.

Coutner-Strike 2 was once again the highest-grossing title on Steam for the week, while the eagerly-awaited Deltarune made its debut on June 4th, coming in at third place.

Elden Ring Nightreign dropped three spots to fourth week-on-week, while Steam Deck fell from third to fifth as some of its SKUs sell out. Pre-orders for Stellar Blade came in at sixth, down two positions week-on-week, ahead of its June 11th release date. Meanwhile, soulslike Lies of P returns to the Top 100 in seventh place on the back of a 50 per cent price cut to celebrate the launch of its Overture DLC, which debuted at No.8.

Meanwhile, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma from Marvelous came in ninth place following its June 5th release, while Dead by Daylight shot up 12 places to round off the Top Ten.

Here is the Steam Top Ten for the week ending June 10th:

1. Counter-Strike 2, Valve
2. Dune: Awakening, Funcom
3. Deltarune, Tobyfox
4. Elden Ring: Nightreign, Bandai Namco
