CHARTS: Doom The Dark Ages debuts at No.2 on Steam

The latest entry in the Doom franchise, The Dark Ages, was the second highest-grossing title on Steam last week. 

The game launched on May 15th to generally positive reviews, coming in just behind Counter-Strike 2. PUBG: Battlegrounds rose up 14 spots to third on the back of the PUBG Global Series 8 taking place in Shanghai, China. Steam Deck held onto fourth place for another week, ahead of pre-orders for Stellar Blade, which is set to launch on June 11th 2025 following its 2024 PlayStation 5 debut. 

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 fell three places to sixth, while fellow RPG rose up 58 spots thanks to a 60 per cent discount on Steam. Helldivers 2 shot up 37 positions as new content comes, charting ahead of pre-orders for Level 5's Fantasy Life I: The Girl Who Steals Time, which is set to launch on May 21st. 

Rounding off the Top Ten is cop romp The Precinct, which debuted in tenth.
