IGDA Foundation vet Nour joins Savvy Games Group

Industry vet Nika Nour has been hired by Savvy Games Group as a SVP and head of international business development. 

In a post on LinkedIn, the company revealed the news, saying that she will be focusing on "building strategic" partnerships around the world. 

Nour has previously worked at Genvid as its head of partnerships, as well as working as executive director at the IGDA Foundation. 

"With over a decade of leadership in the games, technology, and entertainment industries, Nika will be focusing on building strategic international partnerships for Savvy, and recruiting game studios and companies to establish a presence in the Kingdom," Savvy wrote.

"Additionally, Nika will advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments to support the growth of Savvy’s ecosystem." 

Nour added: "In this position, I'll be leading efforts to forge strategic international partnerships, attract game studios and companies, and contribute to the Kingdom’s growth as a global games hub. Many thanks to CEO Brian Ward for the opportunity to join Savvy's leadership team. I’m eager to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and begin this next chapter."
