CHARTS: PUBG: Battlegrounds outgrossed Counter-Strike 2 last week

Battle royale giant PUBG: Battlegrounds was the highest-grossing game on Steam last week.

This is likely due to some new content drops coming to Krafton's long-running and highly successful title, which helped the title attract more concurrent users than in any other point in 2025 to date.

Counter-Strike 2 has to settle for second place while Marvel Rivals 2 dropped one spot down to third. Dota 2 rose up two positions to take No.4, coming in ahead of Path of Exile 2 which retains fifth place for another week.

Multiplayer shooter Delta Force rose up 20 places into sixth place on the back of a sizeable update for the game. Warframe holds onto seventh place, while EA Sports FC 25 returns to the charts at No.8, up 10 spots on last week thanks to a 60 per cent price cut.

Post apocalyptic survival game Once Human came in at No.9, up 26 spots, thanks to a major new update. Finally, Naraka: Bladepoint from NetEase rounds off the charts in tenth place.

Here is the Steam Top Ten for the week ending January 21st:

1. PUBG: Battlegrounds, Krafton
2. Counter-Strike 2, Valve
3. Marvel Rivals, NetEase
4. Dota 2, Valve
