Marvel Rivals reaches 10m players

Hero shooter Marvel Rivals has managed to attract over 10 million players so far.

That's according to the title's official Twitter account, which announced the milestone three days after the free-to-play title's initial December 6th release.

"We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you," a post on the Marvel Rivals Twitter read.

"Let’s ignite the battle together."

There's no word as to how many players are on respective platforms; Marvel Rivals is available on Steam, as well as PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. The title was the fourth highest-grossing game on Steam last week, coming in behind the newly released Path of Exile 2, as well as Valve's Counter-Strike 2 and the high-cost Steam Deck.

Marvel Rivals has hit a peak of 480,990 concurrent players on Steam since its release, per data from SteamDB.
