MMO Warhaven to shut down later this year

Free-to-play MMO Warhaven is closing down later this year.

In a post on Steam, the title's development team wrote that the game would be shutting down on April 5th. Furthermore, sales of Warhaven's season pass have been suspended.

"We want to express our gratitude for the love and care you have shown for Warhaven," the development team wrote.

"To create a game that could be cherished and enjoyed over an extended period, we invested much consideration and effort. Despite all the shortcomings, we will deeply cherish the warm affection and support you have sent towards Warhaven in our hearts. Thank you for being part of Warhaven's journey."

Warhaven was released into Steam Early Access in late 2023, long in the wake of its first alpha test back in 2021.
