Rockstar finally officially reveals Grand Theft Auto 6

Games giant Rockstar has shown the world its first official glimpse at Grand Theft Auto 6.

The Take-Two-owned behemoth uploaded its first trailer for the upcoming crime romp slightly earlier than it originally intended. The promo was initially set to be published today (Tuesday, December 5th) but was uploaded earlier following someone leaking the trailer on social media.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is set in Vice City, as anticipated. It's set to come to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S in 2025. There's no PC release date set just yet, though we'd be shocked if this didn't come to desktop within a year or two of its initially launch.

“Grand Theft Auto VI continues our efforts to push the limits of what’s possible in highly immersive, story-driven open-world experiences,” Rockstar founder Sam Houser said.

“We’re thrilled to be able to share this new vision with players everywhere.”
