Human Fall Flat hits 40m sales

Indie smash hit Human Fall Flat has sold over 40 million copies to date.

That's according to publisher Curve, which reports that the title has hit this sales milestone globally. Human Fall Flat originally launched back in 2016.

At last official count, the title had sold 30 million units in July 2021.

“What makes Human: Fall Flat so great is our community," said Tomas Sakalauskas (pictured), the CEO and founder of the title's developer No Brakes Games. "We really appreciate all the support of the fans and are astounded that we have over 40 million people experiencing our game around the world."

Curve's chief content officer Gary Rowe added: “When Curve first met with No Brakes Games, we knew that Human: Fall Flat was something special, but we have been astonished by the enthusiasm and passion from the fans over the years who continue to support the game with their quirky new level ideas. We are extremely proud of everyone involved."

Back in 2018, we caught up with Sakalauskas to discuss the game's success, albeit when it had only sold 1.7 million copies.
