Humble Bundle introduces regional pricing for some currencies

Charity-centred digital games storefront Humble Bundle now supports regional pricing for a variety of currencies.

As revealed by the companyand spotted by GamaSutra – this system supports the Euro, British Pound, Canadian, New Zealand and Australian Dollars, Turkish Lira, Russia's Ruble and the Philippines' Peso. This means that customers in these regions purchasing anything on Humble Bundle – be it from the store or forking out for the platform's Choice subscription service – can do so in native currency rather than US dollars.

The firm says it is planning on supporting more currencies in the future.

"Along with the launch of Humble Choice, we have introduced updated pricing for certain regions," the company said.

"While each region will be paying close to the same price (depending on exchange rates), users in specific locations will now be able to pay for their subscription in their local currency."
