Focus Entertainment CEO Brennan has stepped down

The CEO of French publisher Focus Entertainment has resigned from his position.

The news was announced via an investor relations post, in which the company said that it had decided to combine the CEO and board chair positions. As a result, current chairman Fabrice Larue will be replacing Brennan as chief executive officer.

"I have been pleased to support Focus in its development and in the pursuit of its strategy to move up the value chain," Brennan said.

"I would like to thank the Board for the confidence they have placed in me and I am confident that the Focus teams will successfully continue the transformation of this growing group."

Brennan was appointed CEO of Focus in January 2023.
