Telltale considering options to complete The Walking Dead but no mention of paying laid off staff their severance

Telltale’s ill-fated series the Walking Dead may yet see completion despite the studio’s imminent closure.

The California-based studio took to Twitter to reveal there some hope in seeing episodes three and four come to fruition due to potential partners.

The status of the project in the wake of Telltale’s closure initially looked bleak. A vague statement released last week confirmed a 25-person team would complete obligations to the board and partners but went no ways to explain what that meant.

Furthermore, Clementine’s voice actress Melissa Hutchison explained on her own Twitter account that, to her knowledge, episode two would be the last and that fans would “not get to see Clem's journey through to the end”.
