Tetragon Works has been taken under the wing of Brace Yourself Games.

The news comes courtesy of a tweet (below) of the Vancouver-based Brace Yourself Games, best known for developing dance-mat roguelike Crypt of the Necrodancer. The studio is currently working on sci-fi strategy Industries of Titan.

Tetragon Works will continue working on turn-based mech tactics game Phantom Brigade, but the game is now under the ownership of Brace Yourself Games.

This isn’t the first time the Canadian studio has snapped up promising talent. In 2016, Brace Yourself Games took on Tim Keenan and Jeremy Phillips, creators of 2015’s critically acclaimed Duskers.

Phantom Brigade currently has no announced release date.
