15 indie games we saw during the Big Indie Pitch at NAGIS that you've got to check out

We just took the Big Indie Pitch on the road to Canada - but not for the World Cup.

The Big Indie Pitch at NAGIS, sponsored by Xsolla, showcased a great and innovative lineup of PC and console games.

For those of you that don't know, the Big Indie Pitch is a speed-dating style pitching competition that gives indie developers five minutes to present their games to a rotating panel of industry experts.

Pitchers recieve feedback and insight from experts who work in publishing, scouting, development, media and more. They then act as the event judges and select the games they think had the best pitch and most potential.

In this article, we are taking a look at all of the PC and console projects that our judges got to see.

Meet, greet and play

This fast-paced event draws in developers from all stages of development, presenting a mix of different genres and themes across the games. It's a fantastic networking opportunity and showcases some amazing work-in-progress titles.

These pitching sessions are a staple in all Pocket Gamer Connects conferences and associated gaming events worldwide, as they offer such a unique insight into regional development scenes and give indies the chance to meet fantastic experts.

Below, we've compiled, in no particular order, the complete lineup of games presented during the PC and console pitch session. Each entry includes a brief preview to help you discover your next potential game of the year.

Want to take part yourself? Check out the Big Indie Pitch website for a list of all the upcoming pitches and find out how you can get your game in front of our panel of judges.
