Guy Gadney has been working at the intersection of AI and creative sectors for over 15 years, leading cross-media teams and creative strategy. With a career spanning Penguin Books and FoxKids, Guy now runs Charisma, the AI character platform. He has consulted for international brands and events such as The Creative AI Summit, SXSW, Content London, MIPCOM, PGC and many others. His work has been recognised by the Emmys, BAFTA and Webbys. He is on the Board of Sheffield DocFest, Oxford's Story Museum, and the creative technology arts pioneer Blast Theory. Guy is also the CEO of the Charismatic Consortium.
