US publishing giant Take-Two has delayed Grand Theft Auto 6.
In a release to investors, the company announced that the eagerly-awaited and sure blockbuster was now going to be coming out on November 19th.
This is the second time that Take-Two has opted to delay Grand Theft Auto 6, having initially moved the game from a 2025 release to May 26th, 2026.
"We are trying very hard to deliver the most extraordinary interactive entertainment experience ever created. Rockstar and we are aligned on that, we're feeling really good about it," Take-Two CEO and president Strauss Zelnick told GamesIndustry.biz.
"As you know, occasionally across our entire company, including 2K and our mobile business, at times more time is required to polish a title to ensure that it's released in its best possible form. And of course it'll release in the same fiscal year as the prior date."
