Fireshine taps Jasper Tanner-Barnes as chief portfolio officer

UK-based publisher Fireshine Games has appointed Jasper Tanner-Barnes as its chief portfolio officer.

He joins the company in this newly-created role on the back of a five-and-a-half-year stint at Team17, first as talent acquisition manager in 2019, before being promoted to head up the label's game scouting arm two years later.

Prior to that, he had worked at Ubisoft Leamington and Sega Hardlight in recruitment.

“We’re delighted to be able to welcome Jasper to Fireshine Games,” Fireshine CEO Brian Foote said.

“The knowledge, passion and experience he brings will help us build deeper relationships with developers and partners and take Fireshine Games towards the next chapter in our journey.”

Fireshine recently promoted Foote to CEO in February of this year; he had previously worked at Team17 and Sony.
