Net bookings up 6% at Take-Two for 2024/25

Grand Theft Auto parent company Take-Two has reported a six per cent increase in its net bookings for the 12 months ending March 2025.

The firm brought in $5.65 billion for the period; of that figure, 80 per cent were recurrent consumer spending, which rose seven per cent year-on-year.

Meanwhile, GAAP net revenue rose by five per cent to reach $5.63 billion for the period.

“We achieved outstanding results in our 2025 Fiscal Year, with each of our labels contributing meaningfully to our performance," CEO and chair Strauss Zelnick (pictured) said.

"Our Fiscal 2026 outlook reflects continuing positive momentum, with Net Bookings guidance of $5.9 to $6.0 billion. As we bring our exciting lineup to market, including Grand Theft Auto 6 in Fiscal 2027, we expect to achieve record levels of Net Bookings that will establish a new baseline for our business and set us on a path of enhanced profitability.”

Grand Theft Auto 5 has hit 215 million copies shipped, while recurrent consumer spending rose five per cent, outperforming Take-Two's expectations.

The eagerly-awaited Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to launch on May 26th, 2026.
