Games service firm Xsolla has set up an office in Montreal.

This venture is in partnership with games advertising firm GameAddick and is its first office in Canada. It will be its operations hub for the Great White North and is set to employ around 50 members of staff within two years.

"Montreal is renowned for its dynamic gaming ecosystem and innovative tech community. Our presence here will enable us to better support our local and global partners and tap into the incredible local talent pool," Xsolla president David Stelzer (pictured) said.

“This new office in Montreal will be crucial in strengthening our relationships with local game developers and facilitating our mission to empower our partners to reach their full potential.”

GameAddik CEO Eric Jodoin added: "Our partnership with Xsolla is a game-changer for GameAddik. Teaming up with such a prominent company allows us to better support the industry in striving for success."
