Poland's All In Games is going to be winding up its publishing business in order to focus on development.
In a post on its investor relations page, the company wrote that it had undergone a strategic review and had decided to axe its publishing division.
All In said that this was due to several factors, such as games not bringing in enough sales, the high barrier to entry in markets that are dominated by established players and the profitability and quality of internally-developed games being higher.
All In is focusing on its own studios and IP, and is seemingly going to partnering with other publishers for releasing its games.
"Following the publication of this strategy, All in! Games declares a new chapter in its development," CEO Marcin Kawa (pictured) wrote.
"Significant investments in production teams, numerous discussions with leading publishers in the global game market and economic analysis have reinforced our belief that the company’s future lies in the other area of the market."
