DICE Summit will be a physical event next year

The DICE Summit is on track to be a real-life event next year.

Organiser, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), has said that the show will be taking place between February 22nd and 24th at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort. As per usual, DICE Summit will include the DICE Awards.

Last year, the event was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. The theme of this year's show is "Better Together," which will apparently celebrate how technology is helping to connect people.

"There's nothing that can replace gathering in person to show that we are better together as we connect and celebrate the art and craft of video games at DICE in February," AIAS president Meggan Scavio said.

"The 2022 Summit will give us an opportunity to acknowledge the difficulties we've experienced, discuss the virtual connections we have cultivated, and truly celebrate our resilience as we reflect on the incredible accomplishments our industry has made in the past year under unprecedented circumstances."
