The latest change to Discord is a section that shows what users' friends are playing.
The Games tab lets consumers see what their friends are playing, see updates about the titles they are playing as well as being recommended games to try out.

This feature bears a striking resemblance to Steam's social features - ironic given that Valve recently updated the platform's chat features and everyone said it looked like Discord. Huh.
Discord launched three years ago and has managed to gather a massive 130m users in that time.
Speaking to PCGamesInsider.biz earlier this year, CEO Jason Citron said that Discord actually solving problems for users was part of its success, and that was driving word-of-mouth marketing.
This is the latest big feature that Discord has introduced, following Rich Presence in November 2017, Spotify integration in February of this year along with verified servers.
