EA veteran Shaun White has joined eSports company Gfinity as its head of communications.

White has worked at the FIFA firm since 2005, when he joined as a senior PR manager. He rose up the ranks, holding

Over the next 12 years, he rose up the ranks, holding head of PR, head of product marketing and, finally, head of communications for the UK. Prior to joining EA, he held PR roles at Square Enix and Acclaim. 

“I had a fantastic 12 years at EA and now I’m looking forward to bringing that experience into my role at Gfinity,” White told PCGamesInsider.biz.

“There is a lot of excitement around both Gfinity’s Elite Series and eSports in general and my goal is to increase awareness of both and build long-term strategic partnerships.”
