Game Makers of Finland supports everyone working and studying in game industry-related fields. The union provides members with services including travel, accident, and liability insurance, legal counselling, business start-up training, and career and salary guidance.

It also promotes the well-being and growth of the game industry, negotiates the collective agreement (TES) on members' behalf, and gives members access to the KOKO unemployment fund.
