Logitech retiring the Blue Microphones brand

Peripheral giant Logitech is consolidating its various brands.

In a post on Reddit, the company revealed that Blue Microphones will no longer be used, with the audio specialist's Yeti brand coming under Logitech G. Furthermore, Astro Gaming is going to be coming under Logitech G, but Astro brand will still be used.

Logitech for Creators is also being closed and moved under Logitech G.

"We’re excited to announce that the Astro Gaming, Blue Microphones and Logitech for Creator teams are joining up with Logitech G," the company wrote.

"This change will drive a deeper connection between gamers and content creators, while giving you a chance to build a setup that allows you to do both."

Logitech acquired Astro back in 2017, before snapping up Blue Microphones the following year.
