CHARTS: PUBG back at No.1 on Steam

Battle royale smash hit PUBG: Battlegrounds was the highest-grossing game on Steam last week.

The title shot up 13 positions to take the top spot on the back of a slew of new content being announced for the title. Fellow free-to-play shooter Counter-Strike 2 dropped one spot to second, while indie hit Peak rose up four places to No.3 thanks to new content launching earlier in the month.

Valve's Steam Deck hardware was once at in fourth place, coming in ahead of pre-orders for Battlefield 6, which dropped three spots to No.5. EA's shooter is set to launch in October.

The Definitive Edition of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War debuted in sixth place following its August 14th release, while Cyberpunk 2077 dropped two spots to seventh as a discount event for CD Projekt's sci-fi RPG came to an end. Marvel Rivals also fell two positions, while Umamusume: Pretty Derby rose up ninth places to No.9.

Rounding off the Top Ten is Rust from Facepunch.
