As the Retention Lead for Online Casino Games at Sporty, you will be responsible for driving retention activities for our existing and growing customer base. In this role, you will be taking a lead role in securing and building a competitive advantage whilst leveraging personalisation and analytics to enhance player engagement and value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning promotional activities and campaigns as part of the retention strategy for existing customers
- Monitoring relevant KPIs to drive campaign and promotional performance to ensure they are having the desired effect across the market
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product teams on building retention and segmentation tools
- Working closely with business analysts on building the correct tools for analysing success of marketing activities
- Responsible for ensuring offers and promotions are competitive for each region and market
- Working with partners on joint campaigns
- Lead, nurture and motivate the Retention team across Online Casino Games
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree qualified in a relevant fieldMinimum 2+ years experience in Retention Management
- Minimum 2+ years experience in the Online Casino industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of retention and automation tools is preferred
- People management experience
