UK games developer Ninja Theory is giving all money made from Hellblade sales today to mental health charity Rethink.
This is to coincide with World Mental Health Day, and is the result of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice dealing with similar issues.
The main character, Senua, has to deal with psychosis, with Hellblade offering a chilling depiction of what such a condition can be like to live with.
Revenue from both the PS4 and PC versions will be given to Rethink.
The title hit shelves in August to strong reviews. The title was seen as a shining example of how a small studio could make an 'indie' project but with triple-A quality.
